Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 11 September 2026

This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled for orders placed on graceanfoods.in, operated by Sindhu Johnson (Grace Poultry & Food Products).

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched — write to grace1foods@gmail.com or call +919947780405 with your order number, and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns on food products

We sell fresh and packaged food. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, items delivered to you in good condition cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your rights where an order is damaged, incorrect or undelivered — see below.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and photographs. We will verify the issue and then either send a replacement or refund you in full, including any delivery charge you paid. The choice is yours.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method — the same card, UPI ID, bank account or wallet you paid from. We initiate the refund within 2 business days of approving it, and it reaches you within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, a card or UPI refund can take a further 2–3 business days to appear on your statement.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, or you are charged more than once for the same order, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You do not need to raise a request — but if you have not seen the money back after 7 business days, contact us with your order number and payment reference.
